Award-winning photographer Kevin J. Manning formed his own photography company after spending 25 years as a photojournalist and picture editor for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. During that time, he covered every beat from news and sports to fashion and business.

His assignments have taken him across Russia, through the former Soviet Republics and, most recently, to Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, where he covered the beginnings of the conflict in Afghanistan.

Based in St. Louis, he specializes in industrial, corporate, and editorial photography as well as photo illustration and photojournalism.

His work has been recognized numerous times by the "Pictures of the Year" competition and the Best of Photojournalism annual in photo illustration, picture editing and feature photography.

Kevin was born in Cambridge, England, and spent his childhood in Europe and numerous cities throughout the U.S. before landing in Washington, D.C., where he attended high school and graduated from George Washington University and the Corcoran School of Art with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

He lives with his wife, Julie, and cat, Misha, in Lake Saint Louis, Missouri, and is an avid boater and sailor.
